VINTAGE RUG QUESTION: I bought this rug at the flea 1.5 yrs ago and got it professionally cleaned right away. However, because I didn't have the right space for it, I kept it rolled up and in storage since then. Of course...now that I'm finally using it, I'm realizing it smells of smoke 🚬🚬🚬😭😭😭 I've been Fabreezing the heck out of it, but I'm scared the smell is going to bother me forever. Does anyone have any helpful hints? Should I put baking soda down on a vintage rug and then vacuum it up? Do you think I have a leg to stand on when I call the cleaners and see if they'll discount me another cleaning because they didn't get it out in the first place?
